A: Yes! Many experienced athletes have "core timing" issues where larger muscles take over for deep stabilizers. This program helps you find those "hidden leaks" in your power and can actually help break plateaus.
A: It’s the sequence in which your muscles fire. If your deep core doesn't "ignite" a split second before you move your arms or legs, your spine takes the load. I teach you how to reset that automatic ignition.
A: No. All you need is a flat surface (like a yoga mat or carpet) and 14 minutes.
