Ethnobotany studies the relationship between humans and plants. Plants are important to humans because they provide us with food. However, they also are essential to medicine, shelter, and culture. Plants are used in celebrations, traditions, on holidays, as religious objects, and are vital to human life.
PLANT AWARENESS DISPARITY
The phenomenon where humans ignore (not notice or appreciate) plants in their environment, leading to people's inability to recognize the importance of plants.
It is important to recognize plants awareness disparity so that it can be corrected. Plants are vital to all living creatures, and their importance should be known to all.
