• Internship Details 

  • Select the Community Partner with whom you are interning

• Offer Letter

  • • The offer letter must be written by a member of the organization and sent from a corporate email address or on official letterhead.
      MICA’s Internship Learning Agreement is not a substitute for an Offer Letter.

    • The following should be included in the offer letter:

• The time frame and number of hours you will be working 

• Job Description detailing your intern responsibilities

• What business or entrepreneurial skills you will learn

• Acknowledges the learning goals you and organization have agreed on

• Suggests how you will be supervised/mentored during the summer

• Budget

  • Upload Budget Proposal (review budget samples)

  • Confirm internship payment details (if paid)

• Essay Questions

  • How did you find this opportunity? Describe the application process (limit 2500 characters)

  • What is your interest in entrepreneurship and learning business operations? (limit 2500 characters)

  • Tell us about your career goals and professional plans post graduation (limit 2500 characters)

  • How is this internship relevant and supportive of your stated entrepreneurial career goals? (limit 2500 characters)

  • List 3 things you hope to accomplish by the end of this internship.

  • Describe your financial need for this fellowship. Clarify whether or not receiving this award will impact your decision to participate in the internship. (limit 2500 characters)

• Faculty/Staff Recommendation Form

  • Send your faculty/staff member THIS FORM

  • Include recommender's contact information in your application

• Completion of Internship Orientation by application deadline
  Submission of the Internship Agreement or its approval are not required before applying for this award
