Welcome to the website of the Department of English (Self-Financing), Mar Ivanios College (Autonomous), Trivandrum!
The Department of English (Self-Financing) was established in 2015, after the College was granted autonomy in 2014; the College was established in 1949. The B.A English Language and Literature programme in the self-financing stream is the second batch of this B.A programme at Mar Ivanios College.
The Department also manages the English language classes of the B.Voc degree programmes in Software Development and Tourism & Hospitality Management, and B.Com Self-financing batches.
