Reminders of upcoming tests and quizzes as well as other important information will be shared with parents via ClassDojo, the Daily Team Agenda (found on its own tab) and the Miamisburg City School app Rooms.
When you are absent from class, you are responsible for getting and completing your make-up work for those classes. Each teacher will be posting assignments on Google Classroom so that you can access make-up work from home. You will have the number of days you have been absent plus one to complete any make up work. For example, if you miss two days of school, you will have three days to turn in your make-up work. Keep in mind, the quicker the work is completed, the quicker you will be back on track. Non-instructional times can be used to assist students in completing work missed.
All teachers record homework on the white boards at the front of the room. Unfinished classwork generally becomes homework. During planner time, every teacher will project ALL homework for students to check over. Homework will also be posted to ClassDojo and this website at the end of each day.
Progress Book is used and updated frequently by all Team 4 teachers. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact the teacher of that subject. Students will be required to check progress book starting around the 3rd or 4th week of the nine weeks. Because of weighted grades, the first couple of weeks are greatly skewed by such few grades.
All cell phones must be turned off and kept in the student’s backpack during the school day. We are now 1-1 with Chromebooks so each child should have a device, either owned by school or their own device. All assignments will be posted on Google Classroom and this will be an excellent way for students to learn how to navigate the site.

Team 2 teachers hold students accountable for both academics and behaviors. We will be working on setting up rewards/consequences in Aug. before we return to school.
