This project required a thorough analysis of certain core themes identified from all of the interviews with our healthcare practitioners. It was an incredibly fulfilling experience as it taught me how to analyze diverse perspectives and approach nuanced topics with greater ease to reach a strong conclusion.

In conducting thorough interviews with healthcare providers and maintaining consistent communication across all components of the project, I strengthened my ability to manage responsibilities with integrity and reliability. This experience prepared me to navigate collaborative environments with confidence.

The process of interviewing multiple providers over many hours taught me the importance of proper communication and how it translates to qualitative research. 

• Equity and Inclusion

My project includes a diverse range of healthcare providers to capture a broad spectrum of perspectives. This approached allowed me to explore cultural competencies and barriers that could influence the research, deepening my understanding of equitable care practices.
