Middle School
Create a community garden to provide food security in post-hurricane conditions. Incorporate elevated structures to protect from flooding. Utilize strong, durable materials like reinforced concrete or stone. Include sustainable energy sources like solar panels or wind turbines.
High School

Utilize strong, durable materials like reinforced concrete or stone. Include sustainable energy sources like solar panels or wind turbines. Design a robust drainage system to handle heavy rainfall.

Collaborate with your team to design and build in Minecraft EDU. Teams will follow a theme (to be posted below) and provide a recording (approved recording applications below) of their build with a voiceover explaining what they created.

Submit your project through a video recording AND voiceover that explains the following:
What problem are you addressing?
Your research into the problem
How you designed your solution
How your solutions solve the problem you selected
Each students video cannot be longer than 1 minute and 30 seconds .
Please ensure that no students names are in the video.
Student's team names must not have any identifiable information on it.
Challenge Deadline: December 6, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
Each school may only submit 3 entries per grade band (3-5, 6-8, 9-12).
5 players comprising students from the same grade band (3-5, 6-8, 9-12).
Create a team name that does not identify your school or any specific team members.
