For MaxiHealth
The employee will fill out the Google form MaxiHealth Reliever Request Form.
The Supervisor/AM will approve the request.
The WFM team will start to source for a reliever.
Once the WFM already has a source reliever, the team will endorse to the Supervisor/AM.
The Supervisor/AM will endorse the reliever to the account and they will contact the reliever for endorsement.
For PCC
The PCC Lead will fill out the Google form PCC Reliever Request Form.
WFM will start to source a reliever.
The WFM will endorse the reliever to the PCC Lead.
The PCC Lead will make a necessary endorsement to the reliever.
