The Academy operates on an alternating A Day/B Day block schedule. The Academy school day begins at 7:18 AM and ends at 3:02 PM.
Classes are 88-minutes in length with the exception of z-block which meetsd every day for 44 minutes.
Academy students take 45 credits per year (9 classes) and are required to complete 170 credits to graduate.
All required Academy coursework is taught at the honors or AP level.
