Summer Captain's Practices: Beginning July 5th, optional morning practices will take place Monday-Thursday at 8:00 am at various locations. They will be run Coach DiGennaro & staff with the help of upperclassman leaders. These practices are geared to help athletes build their base for the start of the season. We also invite our athletes to attend TrailHeads XC Camp in late August.(Info below)
Strava Instructions
Strava is a free and safe app to track our summer miles. I have created a private club where only Morris Hills current and former distance runners can share their weekly mileage.
To get started go to www.strava.com and sign up. Please make sure you have permission from your parents/guardians!! Once you create an account myself or an upperclassmen will invite you to our team page.
**Strava does have a GPS tracking option. If you or your parents don't feel comfortable with that they have a non GPS function where you can just record time and miles run.
