Real Feedback
From Our Clients:
Working with MHPB has been one of the most valuable decisions I’ve made for my practice. As a solo outpatient mental health provider, I faced the typical challenges of navigating claims, managing payment processing, and refining daily operations. MHPB has been instrumental in transforming those areas, significantly improving both the speed and success rate of payment processing while efficiently resolving claims challenges that previously slowed me down.
Beyond billing, MHPB has offered thoughtful and actionable insights into business operations, even working directly with my administrative assistant to enhance her productivity and overall contribution to the practice. MHPB’s conscientiousness, warmth, and professionalism make them a joy to work with. They understand the unique pressures of a newer or solo practice and bring clarity and calm to what can often be a frustrating part of clinical work.
I highly recommend MHPB, especially if you are building or refining a practice and want a partner who is reliable, insightful, and genuinely invested in your success.
