Google Meet is video conferencing platform available to students and staff. Students and staff will access this platform for live instruction and meetings within the District. The District will purchased the Google for Education Enterprise Edition as teachers will utilize breakout rooms during live instruction.

Google Docs is a real-time collaboration and word processor tool. Multiple users can create, edit, and share documents online and access them from anywhere that has an internet connection. All participants can see who made specific document changes and when those alterations were done.

Google Slides is an online presentation program that lets users create and format presentations and work with other people. Users can make Google Slide presentations interactive by using extensions such as Nearpod and Pear Deck.

Google Drawings is a virtual board that allows users to create content by drawing, pasting images, linking videos and websites, and inserting text, shapes, tables, and other content onto a page in Google Drive. Users can create flow charts, diagrams, concept maps, visual storyboards, original art and more.
