Our first two weeks of practice are 8/25-8/27 and then 9/1-9/3.   Here are some reminders of what needs to be completed so that your child can participate in practice on that first day: 

Sports Physical on file - can call the office to check on dates

Concussion/Cardiac  waiver -completed with online registration

Emergency Athletic Information - completed with online registration

Code of Conduct - a link and form on the school website

Fee - can pay during online registration
