Us coaches are looking forward to working with your children starting on Wednesday, September 3rd. Here are some reminders of what needs to be completed so that your child can participate in practice on that first day:

Sports Physical on file - can call the office to check on dates

Concussion/Cardiac waiver -completed with online registration

Emergency Athletic Information - completed with online registration

Code of Conduct - a link and form on the school website

Fee - can pay during online registration

Welcome to Mt Horeb Middle School's Cross Country Team Webpage

This webpage contains information regarding MSCC practices, meets, and expectations. Our season will start on the first day of school. Practices are planned for Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 3:40 -5:00 (runners meet in the MS cafeteria). We will not have CC on Wednesdays (except for the first week of school) as this is a good day for your students to catch up on school work & life and give their bodies a chance to recover. If you should have any additional questions, please contact Coach Chris Kealy or Coach Tony Miller. So do bookmark this site as us coaches will be updating this site with relevant information as it becomes available. If your child interested in joining our team, please reachout to the MS office as such so that us coaches can communicate with you via regular email rather than an eblast.

Summer Fun Run(Optional) - Runners will meet at the Waltz park pavillon at 8:30am - 9:30am on Monday's from July 7th - August 11th. This is a good chance for your runners to ease into the season. Runners should wear runnning shoes, a watch(if they can borrow one or already own one), a water bottle if desired. If you are picking up your child, please be prompt as we will not go later than 9:30am. We will run rain or shine, if you see lightining or hear thunder, assume we will not run.
