A die-cutting process is essential to shape the packaging for items.

Since a die-cutting process is in-between process of printing and gluing, we need to be careful of “before and after die-cutting process”.

There are various types of paper to use. Also, there are various types of caused by printed paper, blank paper, special paper, etc. as well as paper thickness, paper grain, and paper strength.

Such as rule cracking (bursting), pulling out and glue process. It will lead to improvement by reviewing the die, the machine condition, and the environment.

It must be glued to make the package final.

There are various processes even if it is called “gluing” in a word, such as auto-gluer, semi-auto gluer, manual gluer, etc. The condition of the glue changes depending on the type of paper used, the paper condition, and the environment that the paper is used in.

The glue process is connected to the die-cutting process.

Reviewing the gluing process and the die-cutting process will lead to “improvement”.
