Here is a document contains all of the NC Career and Technical Education courses approved by the NC State Board of Education representing all Career Clusters and Pathways. LEAs should edit this document to publish a local guide reflecting its own Career Clusters, Pathways, and courses. The Local document may also include any approved Local Course Offerings. State Staff have assigned these courses based on a State-level perspective. LEAs may use discretion in over-riding courses based on a locally developed pathway.
Certain CTE courses represent career clusters. Click on the link above to see how the classes are aligned with various careers.
This link to the left shows High school classes that provide community college credit. The criteria is a student must earn a 90 or higher on the post-assessment (final exam) and a B or higher for the class grade.
