I have been teaching since January of 1998.  I have taught 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th grades.  I have been teaching in Mooresville since 2000. 

I have been married since 2001 and have two daughters.  One is a Junior at NC State University, the other, a Junior at Mooresville High School.  

I love teaching and seeing our students grow not just academically but as good humans.  My favorite song which has become one of my favorite things to say is "Treat people with kindness."  I love Harry Styles. :)

A few fun facts- I love Disney and Universal.  The Buffalo Bills are my team and I love watching football.  I am super nerdy and love to learn.  Star Wars and Harry Potter are some of my favorites, as well.  

I am looking forward to an amazing year of productive learning, empathy, and growth.  I can't wait to see what this year holds!
