19-20 WEB Planning and documents

These documents were created during the 18-19 school year to be utilized for the 19-20 school year.

• Rising 7th grade Parent Letter: this letter went home to all rising 7th grade students sharing information regarding what the WEB program is and orientation dates and details.
• Student Invitation to WEB Orientation: This letter was sent to every rising 7th grade student inviting them to the orientation based on the first letter of their last name.
• WEB Leader Play day Agenda: The WEB leader play day is a day designed to be fun and interactive for all of the leaders. It is also is a day to introduce the students to the activities they will be leading during the orientations to the rising 7th grade students.
• WEB Leader Play Day Supply List: These are materials needed for the play day.
• WEB Leader Training Agenda: WEB leaders spent two days in training; learning how to lead the activities in preparation for orientation.
• WEB Orientation Agenda: This document details the schedule followed on the orientation days for rising 7th grade students.
• WEB Orientation Agenda for WEB Leaders: This document details the schedule WEB Leaders were to follow during the orientation days.
• WEB Budget: The WEB program was financially supported by the school and district level providing us with sufficient funds to implement the program without any monetary concerns.
• WEB Leader Application: We planned to utilize this document for the 19-20 school year. Due to time constraints, we hand selected the 18-19 WEB Leaders based on teacher recommendation, incident reports, and additional input/information.
• 19-20 WEB Staff training agenda: We presented the WEB program to all staff at MMS explaining what the program is and answering any questions they might have.
