About Me

Teaching and Learning

I have been an Intervention Specialist for sixteen years, in a variety of settings, and have been working with differently abled people for more than 30 years. Working remotely is a new challenge for me, and I am excited to learn new ways to connect with and interact with students. I believe learning is a lifelong adventure, and I hope we can all learn from each other in this new format!

Hobbies and Interests

I love animals. I live on a small farm with three horses, lots of cats, a dog, and a few chickens. When I am not teaching, I love to ride my horse and go hiking with my dog. Watch my virtual classroom, sometimes Olive the dog will pop in!

Guiding Principles

I believe that every person is unique and special, and the world is a richer, more beautiful place when we make room for everyone to be who they truly are. Celebrate and embrace your uniqueness, and add your own color to the rainbow of the world
