who we are
We are the Mechanical Mounties. Our goal is to build robots that play in competitive games. We must build robots under strict rules, limited resources, and little time.

Participants learn STEM skills applicable to engineering and related fields. Participants work together to strategize, prototype, and build robots.
1. Every year, a new game, and all related info is published by FIRST.
2. We analyze that info to stratagize the design for our robot.
3. We prototype to determine if our strategy is effective, and if not, revise
our design.
4. Once we finalize the design, we'll go to two "Qualifier" competitions to
compete with our friends, and opponents.
For the 2027 year, we'll be having a biodiversity themed season called CANOPY. This year's theme is to "[find] new ways to strengthen the connections that protect our shared home." The game for this year is called BIOBUZZ.
