Set up your membership account 

-Create a profile for your child or children

-Select possible drivers from their profiles 

-Interview as many drivers as you like to be sure of a good fit

-Go on a “ride along” with your child to meet prospective drivers

-Select up to two primary,  and up to three back up drivers

-Set up your location pick ups, drop offs and schedule

-Set up any extra safety measures 

     Passwords (create with your child)

     Car seat needs 

     Tracking 

     Video feed links    

-Add your list of drivers to the list of approved people allowed to transport your child to and from school/activities

Day before Ride Safe appointment

-You will receive an email reminder with who your driver will be, and their photo

-You will be asked to verify the existing pass word, or given the option to change the password for the upcoming ride.

Day of Ride Safe appointment

-Driver will send an update email or text to let you know they have arrived at the pick up location and that tracking and video monitoring is now active for your child's appointment.

-Driver will be in a Ride Safe high reflective vest

-Driver will get out of the car to pick up your child

-Driver will relay the password (if any) to child and check in with adult in charge to confirm pick up/ identity 

-Driver will help child into car (seat belts, car seats, boosters) if necessary

-Child will be transported to their location 

-Upon arrival, driver will help child out of car if needed

-Driver will escort child to activity and check in with adult incharge.

-Driver will send an update email or text to let you know your child has arrived at location and that tracking and video monitoring is now turned off for your child's appointment. 

-Archived footage of each of your child’s appointments available upon request.
