Mexico Case Manager is the first Mexican surrogacy agency, founded by Betty Conde, a surrogate mother with personal and professional experience in international surrogacy. It connects surrogates, intended parents, and specialists within a unique ethical and humane model. Based in Cancún, Mexico, the agency works exclusively with leading surrogacy specialists in Mexico City, Cancún, Canada, the United States, Colombia, and other countries.

This program is fully transparent and seeks to protect the process and the rights of all involved.

Our goal is to prevent malpractice in surrogacy processes in Mexico.

Hello! I'm Betty Conde, a proud Mexican surrogate, mother of a beautiful 5-year-old girl, and founder of MCM, Mexico Case Manager, the first Mexican community connecting surrogates, intended parents, and specialists under an ethical model.

With studies in Tourism, Marketing, and Advertising, and having worked as a coordinator and later as a surrogate, I bring a unique combination of professional training from three fields, fluency in spoken and written English, and personal experience to every process I coordinate. I have helped create more than three successful foreign agencies in Mexico.

Based in Mexico City and Cancun, I have collaborated for years with leading surrogacy professionals in Mexico and international agencies. In 2023, I experienced the profound joy of bringing a Canadian baby into the world and gaining wonderful people in my life—an experience that undoubtedly reinforced my personal commitment to safe, respectful, and transparent surrogacy and to eliminating the unethical practices I witnessed as a coordinator and surrogate for foreign agencies.

Driven by this passion, I founded Mexico Case Manager (MCM), a project dedicated to providing safe, fair, and personalized coordination for independent intended parents, fertility clinics, international agencies, and, since September 2025, also in collaboration with Colombia, Canada, the USA, and as part of the Safe Global Network of Surrogacy Professionals.

MCM maintains clear boundaries and respectful practices to protect and support surrogates at every stage, guiding families with empathy and experience. I work directly with clinics, doctors, lawyers, and psychologists specializing in surrogacy who share my values, ensuring that every story is backed by professionalism and care for their patients.

Nothing fulfills me more than helping fulfill dreams of parenthood, while ensuring the well-being and dignity of the women who make it possible.
