I’m an Organizational Consultant and Coach specializing in energy-centered leadership for the future of work. My work lives at the intersection of business operations, leadership and culture, and human sustainability. I help organizations not just imagine a better future, but build the systems, behaviors, and structures to actually get there. I lead from the gap between vision and execution, translating strategy into meaningful, sustainable change that people can understand, adapt to, and embrace.
I’ve worked on the front lines and led from the C-suite. I bring that full-spectrum experience into every room I enter. From my early days as an hourly worker to my time as a Head of HR, I’ve seen how real leadership requires more than titles or credentials. It takes self-awareness, authenticity, and soul. I’m passionate about helping leaders become more conscious, empowered, and energetically aligned at every stage of their journey so they can create meaningful impact without burning out.
