School district determines the need for interveners services with the IEP Discussion Guide.
School administrator contacts the Education Specialist to hold an intervener spot.
MN DeafBlind Project sends electronic Hold Request Form for 6-weekend training to district administrator to fill out.
MN DeafBlind Project receives approved Hold Spot Request and sends registration to intervener to complete.
Team members, including the family, may register for the free "Understanding Deafblindness and the Role of the Intervener" webinar provided by the MNDBP.
MN DeafBlind Project provides 6-weekend Intervener Training.
School teams may create a one-pager about the student which is created for/by the intervener and team.
