What did you do? DESCRIBE the experience.
On Tuesday since it was election day we do not have any school on this day.
On Thursday I had my internship at the MET fitness center during that day I did all my normal workouts and helped out thawn if he needed help. I did feel a lot better with my body and I'm starting to see a lot of improvement in my workouts and I'm now starting to feel less pain now.
What did you LEARN and/or PRACTICE during the experience? What was the PROCESS? Explain.
On Thursday I spent a almost 2 hours on working on my leg muscles and also my core since they are both very important in Tennis and have one of the most impacts body and will overall help in resilience.
How can you REFLECT on the experience?
Overall I felt productive in the day but I do want to add more things to my LTI site so I can be more productive and to be more busy.
What will you do next? How are you PLANNING and LOOKING AHEAD?
To make sure later in the week that I do a quick Over view quickbooks and what I've learned to make sure my mind is fresh and prepared for the class.
