2026 Registration Fees
March 23rd- July 14th
$375 per athlete
First Installment Paid at Registration: $190
Second Installment Paid Before Start Date: $185
Registrations submitted between 7/15/2026 - 8/15/2026 will be subject to a late fee of $45.
Fee will apply to Registration paid via Credit Card.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Check & Card
Methuen Pop Warner will accept payment from Every Kid Sports. Financial aid applications are available. Contact Joleen Knox via treasurer@methuenpopwarner.net for more information!
Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and other forms of electronic payment will not be accepted for registration or cash calendars.
Raffle Calendars
$10 per calendar
Paid by cash or check only!
The purchase of cash calendars is required for all registrations!
5 calendars for 1 athlete; 10 calendars for 2 athletes; 13 calendars for 3 athletes; 15 calendars for 4 or more athletes
Family's will need to turn in the ticket attached to the calendars for a chance to win one of the listed prizes OR they can resell the calendars to recoup their cost and give their friends and family a chance to win a prize!
Calendars will be paid for and picked up the first week of September.
Baby Rangers
Cheerleading for ages 3, 4, & 5
Registration Fee: $200
This introductory cheerleading program will practice twice a week for one hour August-October to give our youngest athletes a taste of this amazing sport!
All Baby Rangers must be potty trained!
5 year olds will have the choice to register for Baby Rangers or competitive cheer.
Processing fees will apply to transactions paid via card.
Registration and cash calendars are non-refundable.
Exceptions MAY be considered.
An original birth certificate with a raised seal and a completed report card from the entire previous school year will be required in addition to the registration paperwork and medical form to participate in Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading. All paperwork is due prior to equipment pickup for football and prior to the first practice of the season for cheer.
Birth certificates will be returned to the parent or guardian of the athlete upon the return of all uniforms and equipment after the last event of the season. If equipment/uniforms are not returned, the family will be invoiced for the full current cost of replacements and the birth certificate will be retained until the invoice is paid or equipment is returned.
Football equipment returned beyond 12-31-26 will be subject to a late fee of 10% of invoiced amount per month
