About me...

Hello, my name is Amy Peterman. I am very excited to be part of the outstanding Methacton team for my 8th year! I received my undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Delaware and my post-baccalaureate certificate in Secondary Mathematics Education from West Chester University. This year I have the pleasure of teaching Algebra 3/Trigonometry and co-teaching Algebra 1. I am looking forward to another great year working with the students and staff here at Methacton High School!

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two daughters (current Sophomore at UD and grad student at MIT) and our two dogs (Lily the greyhound and Teo, a mix).

Please know that I am committed to providing quality instruction as well as a high level of support to all of my students. Communication is very important! So let's keep the lines of communication open. We share the same goal - a successful year in math!!
