Education: Methacton School District has been a home to me for a very long time. My journey started at Arrowhead Elementary School as a kindergartner. This is where my love of the elementary school setting started. I went on to graduate from Methacton High School and then Kutztown University with a bachelor's degree and dual certification in general and special education. I later earned my master’s degree in education and became a certified Wilson reading teacher.
Teaching Career: I started my teaching for the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. Then, through a series of fortunate events, I went on to teach at Arrowhead and Eagleville Elementary Schools before teaching at Worcester Elementary. This will be my 21st year teaching at Worcester! It is a fantastic school and I feel very fortunate to work here!
More About Me: My husband Rob and I have been married for 20 years. A very special part of our family is our loving dog, Mija. Aside from spending time with family and friends, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, listening to podcasts, gardening, and DIY projects. My husband and I are avid music and comedy lovers. We enjoy seeing live music and going to comedy shows. At home, I can often be found listening and dancing :) to music.
