What is S.T.E.M? Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics.

As a STEM teacher in a materials laboratory setting I use a model found at a local university to teach Engineering. The process I use is to teach all of the needed tools and make sure every student has the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to take on whatever challenge I present to them.
