Mr. Merscher

8th Grade Math

Team Justice

Hello! Welcome to My Webpage.

I'm Mr. Merscher. This is my 22nd year teaching, 19th here at Arcola. I'm originally from Philadelphia where I graduated from the building formerly known as Cardinal Dougherty High School. I earned my bachelor's degree from Widener University and my master's degree from West Chester University. I played football and ran track in high school and while at Widener. This year I will be teaching three Pre-Algebra classes and two of Algebra I. I look forward to working with all of you at some point this year.

I also coach the girls cross country team and the girls track & field team. And, along with Mr. Raley, I am the ski/snowboard club advisor. GET INVOLVED!

You can find me in room 134.

Feel free to email me with any questions and/or concerns. jmerscher@methacton.org
