Our Project

Working to save the Golden Lion Tamarins by spreading the word through our website.

Please browse our website to learn about these animals and TAKE OUR PLEDGE to change your behavior and conserve energy and paper use. This will help save the Tamarin's habitat.

In this project, we are working to save and help an endangered animal, the Golden Lion Tamarin. It was a hard choice, but eventually we came to the conclusion that we had to help these monkeys. We did some research and figured out that the best way to help these monkeys was to make a website. With our website, we are hoping to spread the word on how humans can change the behaviors that harm these animals.

Our team also made a video to show the danger these Tamarins are in and to educate people about what they can do to help. There are now only about 1,500 of these monkeys left! This may seem like a big number, but it is not. If we don't take action now, this species can easily go extinct. Know that making a change for these monkeys can also make an impact for other animals as they face the same challenges too.
