TEAMSNAP

All players will get an invite to join TeamSnap after tryouts. TeamSnap is a GREAT resource where players can update their availability, as well as for coaches to update games, practices, and scores, and contact YOU! Please make sure your player adds your email (required) and phone number (optional) so you will get updates and notifications as well! 

Practice

Practices will be held every day, after school, until 5:00 (unless otherwise noted). Practices and games will be updated on TeamSnap first. Please pickup your player promptly at 5:00 pm. All parents must use the parking lot in front of Arcola for pick up; please do not line up in front of the building.  

GAMES

Please visit the "Schedule" tab above to access the game schedule. The teams will play 8th grade first, followed by 7th grade. There is no set time that games will end, but average for both will be 2 hours. 

7th grade players must be present for the second set of the 8th grade match to cheer them on. 8th grade players are expected to stay for the first set of the 7th grade match to cheer them on! Please keep this in mind when picking up your 8th grader from home/away games. 7th grade is responsible for taking down the nets after home games. 8th grade is responsible for setting up before home games.

Players riding the bus will update their parents with an ETA following the end of away matches.

AWAY GAME PICKUP: *You are able to pick up your player from away games instead of having them take the bus back to Arcola. Parents must notify the coaches via the Parent Transportation Form if they are picking up a player and we need to see the player leave with the parent. This must be completed and turned in before EACH GAME. You cannot turn in one for the whole season.
