VPN Proxy Master - Fast and Secure
Last Updated: September 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how our VPN App (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects your information when you use our Android application and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently and responsibly in compliance with applicable data protection laws worldwide.
By using this app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our VPN services. The information we collect may include both personal and non-personal data.
Personal data may include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address (temporarily used for connection purposes), country or region, app usage data, subscription status, and transaction confirmation from Google Play. We do not collect browsing history, DNS queries, traffic logs, content of communications, or data about websites you visit while connected to the VPN.
Non-personal data includes anonymized analytics, performance metrics, crash logs, network status, and diagnostic data used to improve app stability and functionality.
Our VPN App is designed to respect user privacy. We do not log, store, or monitor your online activity, browsing history, traffic destination, DNS requests, or data content transmitted through the VPN tunnel. Any temporary technical data used to establish and maintain the VPN connection is processed in real time and not retained beyond what is strictly necessary for service operation and security.
We process your data under the following legal bases, depending on your location and applicable law:
Consent: When you allow permissions, enable analytics, or accept personalized ads.
Contractual necessity: To provide VPN services, manage subscriptions, and process payments.
Legitimate interests: To improve app performance, prevent abuse, ensure security, and maintain service reliability.
Legal obligations: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Our app requests certain Android permissions to function correctly. These permissions are used strictly for their intended technical purposes:
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
This permission allows the app to check the current Wi-Fi connection status of your device. It is used to determine whether your device is connected to a Wi-Fi network and to adjust the VPN connection accordingly for better stability and performance. The app does not access the content of your Wi-Fi traffic or collect information about websites you visit.
This permission allows the app to detect basic Bluetooth connectivity on the device. It is used only to ensure proper network routing behavior on certain Android devices where Bluetooth connections can affect VPN network handling. The app does not access Bluetooth files, messages, or paired device content.
This permission is used to manage Bluetooth-related network behavior when necessary for maintaining a stable VPN connection. It helps the app respond correctly to system-level network changes. The app does not control Bluetooth devices or access personal Bluetooth data.
This permission allows the app to manage Wi-Fi connection behavior when required to maintain a secure and reliable VPN tunnel. It is used to ensure the VPN reconnects correctly when the Wi-Fi network changes. The app does not connect to unknown networks or modify your saved Wi-Fi settings without your action.
This permission is essential for the core functionality of the VPN app. It allows the app to connect to VPN servers and route your internet traffic securely through the encrypted tunnel. Without this permission, the VPN service cannot operate.
This permission allows the app to detect whether your device is connected to a network (mobile data or Wi-Fi). It helps the app decide when to connect, reconnect, or disconnect the VPN service to prevent connection drops and improve reliability.
This permission allows the app to respond to network changes, such as switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. It ensures the VPN connection adapts smoothly without exposing your connection or interrupting service.
This permission is used strictly for diagnostic and troubleshooting purposes on supported devices. It helps identify system or app-related errors that may affect VPN performance. The app does not read personal logs, messages, or browsing history, and access is limited by Android system restrictions.
This permission allows the app to restart the VPN service automatically after the device is rebooted, if the user has enabled this option. This ensures continuous protection without requiring manual reconnection. The VPN does not start automatically unless permitted by the user.
This permission allows the app to manage VPN-related notifications, such as connection status or security alerts. It ensures important notifications are delivered correctly without interfering with other device notifications.
This permission allows the VPN service to run continuously in the foreground. Android requires this permission for long-running services like VPNs to ensure stable operation and prevent unexpected termination by the system.
This permission allows the app to provide haptic feedback for important actions, such as successful connection or disconnection of the VPN. It is used only for user experience and does not collect any data.
This permission prevents the device from entering a deep sleep state while the VPN is actively running. It ensures the VPN connection remains secure and uninterrupted, especially when the screen is off.
This permission allows the app to manage system synchronization behavior when necessary for VPN stability. It is not used to access personal accounts or synchronized content.
This permission is required to support subscriptions and in-app purchases through Google Play. All payments are processed securely by Google Play, and the app does not collect or store payment information.
This permission allows the app to stop conflicting background processes that may interfere with VPN stability. It is used only to maintain a secure and reliable VPN connection and does not affect user data.
This permission allows the app to access the advertising identifier for ad display and measurement. Users can reset or limit ad tracking through their device settings. This identifier is not linked to VPN traffic or browsing activity.
This permission allows the app to display notifications related to VPN status, such as connection alerts or errors. Notifications are purely informational and optional.
This permission allows the app to adjust certain system settings when required for VPN operation, such as network configuration prompts. The app does not change system settings without user awareness.
This permission allows the VPN service to continue running under system exemptions designed for essential services. It ensures uninterrupted protection even under strict system resource management.
This permission allows the VPN app to request exclusion from battery optimization features that could interrupt the VPN connection. Granting this permission is optional but recommended for consistent protection.
This permission allows the app to declare special foreground service usage required for VPN functionality. It ensures compliance with newer Android versions while maintaining service stability.
This permission allows the app to display system-level alerts or VPN connection prompts when required by Android. It is used only for VPN-related information and never for advertising or deceptive overlays.
We do not use these permissions to collect personal content or monitor user behavior.
We integrate trusted third-party services to support essential app operations:
Google Firebase & Crashlytics are used to monitor app performance, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. These services may collect anonymized device information and crash data.
Google Analytics helps us understand how users interact with the app. The data is aggregated and anonymized.
Google AdMob displays advertisements and may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data. You can control ad personalization in your device settings.
Meta Audience Network is used for interest-based advertising and may collect advertising identifiers and engagement data.
We do not allow third-party services to access VPN traffic or browsing activity.
Our app offers optional subscription plans and in-app purchases that allow users to access premium features, such as VPN Service with no limit. Purchasing a subscription or in-app item is completely optional, and users can continue using the basic version of the app without payment.
All payments for subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, such as credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking information. Google Play handles all payment transactions in accordance with its own privacy and security policies.
Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on the plan selected. The subscription price, duration, and included features are clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them before the renewal date.
Some subscription plans may include a free trial period. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you do not cancel the subscription before the trial expires, the subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan and your Google Play account will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the user. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds for subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s refund policies. We do not directly issue refunds. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, you must request a refund through the Google Play Store support system.
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device using the same Google account, your active subscriptions and eligible in-app purchases can be restored automatically. In some cases, a “Restore Purchase” option may be provided within the app.
We may receive limited information from Google Play, such as confirmation that a subscription is active or expired, the type of plan purchased, and the purchase date. This information is used only to enable premium features and manage access. We do not receive personal payment details.
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or available plans in the future. If a subscription price changes, Google Play will notify you in advance, and you will be required to confirm the new price before it takes effect.
Information related to subscriptions and in-app purchases is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Purchase data is used strictly for account verification, feature access, and customer support.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Diagnostic and analytics data is retained for a limited period and then anonymized or deleted. Subscription records are retained as required for legal, accounting, and support purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only with service providers for analytics, advertising, payment processing, and legal compliance. You have the right to know whether your data is shared and to request details about such sharing.
Depending on your location, you have the following rights:
The right to know what personal data we collect and share
