A Framework of Teacher`s Digital and Artificial Intelligence Competencies Upskilling for industry 4.0 and industry 5.0

This research project aims to develop a comprehensive framework for enhancing teachers' digital and AI competencies to meet the evolving demands of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. Through systematic analysis and stakeholder engagement, we will identify essential skills, design upskilling pathways, and create practical implementation guidelines. The framework will empower educators to effectively integrate digital technologies and AI tools into their teaching practices, ensuring students are well-prepared for future workforce demands.
