This site has been established to help provide information for TSA Chapters who are competing in the North Central Texas TSA Contest (Region 10)

2027 CONTEST Cost

$25 Chapter Membership Fee for NCTTSA and $10 per registered student (NEW) - No cost for advisors. All fees will be invoiced thru the DLG registration system.

October 29-31 Texas Statesman Day

November 1 TSA On-Time Affiliation (National) - incur a $250 late fee after this date (Texas policy)

November 30 Zoom Meet @ 4:15 PM

December 7 Zoom Meeting at 4:15 PM - May just be Q&A session

December 11 Membership registration closes for Texas TSA and regional contest eligibility - Last day to affiliate

January 11 NCT TSA CONTEST Meeting - 7 PM @ Vanguard HS, Mesquite, Texas (MANDATORY)
Contest Registration will open - Pre-Contest Schedule and Event Modifications will be sent out

January 29 4 PM Registration will close - Contest Schedule will be finalized (Date and time changed - Jan 14)

February 3 Prompt for On Demand (HS) and Technical Design will be released at 9 AM

February 4 Online Testing – must be completed between 3 pm and 6 pm

On Demand (HS) and Technical Design (MS) submission due by 3:30 PM

MEAL count for Feb 14th is due

Pre-submission for National Events/State Projects - due by 6 PM

February 13 & 14 TSA Regional Contest @ Vanguard High School, Mesquite, TX

February 17 State Contest Registration Opens

February 18 Regional results must be finalized for submission to Texas TSA

March 1 State Contest Registration Closes

March 31-April 3 State Contest - Fort Worth Convention Center

June 23-27 National TSA Conference - Orlando, Florida

STUDENTS NOT ON YOUR OFFICIAL TSA ROSTER WILL NOT SHOW UP IN THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM

Note - If you choose to pay with credit card there is no convenience fee. That is important for some districts. Texas TSA and National TSA will charge a convivence fee. Our region absorbs that cost.

Saturday - Lunch - $7 will include a Chick-Fil-A sandwich, a bag of chips, & one drink

Judging slots will open ASAP

Our TSA Regional Contest is Feb 12 and 13- we are looking for judges. Judges must be adults. We even use college students.

Some things can be comfortably judged from your home during Feb 5th thru the 19th. There are also slots for people to attend in person Friday and Saturday

If you are TSA alumni in the area, we would really love your help. The event will be in Mesquite @ Vanguard High School
