October 12-13 Texas TSA Advisor Training in Austin, TX
October 17 In Person Meeting - 7 PM @ Vanguard HS, Mesquite, Texas
November 7 Zoom Update Meeting - 4:15 PM
November 1 TSA On-Time Affiliation (National) - incur a $250 late fee after this date (Texas policy)
December 15 Membership registration closes for Texas TSA and regional contest eligibility

January 9 NCT TSA CONTEST Meeting - 7 PM @ Vanguard HS, Mesquite, Texas (MANDATORY)
Contest Registration will open
January 10 Pre-Contest Schedule and Event Modifications will be sent out
February 1 2 PM Registration will close - Contest Schedule will be finalized
February 7 Prompt for On Demand (HS) and Technical Design will be released at 9 AM
February 8 Online Testing – must be completed between 3 pm and 6 pm
Essays on Tech – HS & MS - must be completed between 3 pm and 6 pm
On Demand (HS) and Technical Design (MS) submission due by 3:30 PM
MEAL count for Feb 18th is due
Pre-submission for National events due by 6 PM
February 16 & 17 TSA Regional Contest @ Vanguard High School, Mesquite, TX
February 20 State Contest Registration Opens
February 22 Regional results must be finalized for submission to Texas TSA
March 6 State Contest Registration Closes
April 4-6 State Contest - Fort Worth Convention Center
June 26-30 National TSA Conference - Orlando, Fl
2024 CONTEST COST - $25 Chapter Membership Fee for NCTTSA and $8 per registered student - No cost for advisors

$25 Chapter Membership Fee for NCTTSA and $8 per registered student - No cost for advisors. All fees will be invoiced thru the DLG registration system.

STUDENTS NOT ON YOUR OFFICIAL TSA ROSTER WILL NOT SHOW UP IN THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Note - If you choose to pay with credit card there is no convenience fee. That is important for some districts. Texas TSA and National TSA will charge a convivence fee. Our region absorbs that cost.

TSA Advisors bringing groups to compete do not sign up - you are already slotted in.
Judging slots will open ASAP
Our TSA Regional Contest is Feb 16 and 17- we are looking for judges. Judges must be adults. We even use college students.
Some things can be comfortably judged from your home during Feb 9th thru the 14th. There are also slots for people to attend in person Friday and Saturday
If you are TSA alumni in the area, we would really love your help. The event will be in Mesquite @ Vanguard High School
