$25 Chapter Membership Fee for NCTTSA and $8 per registered student - No cost for advisors. All fees will be invoiced thru the DLG registration system.

November 1 TSA On-Time Affiliation (National) - incur a $250 late fee after this date (Texas policy)

December 12 Membership registration closes for Texas TSA and regional contest eligibility - Last day to affiliate

January 12 NCT TSA CONTEST Meeting - 7 PM @ Vanguard HS, Mesquite, Texas (MANDATORY)
Contest Registration will open - Pre-Contest Schedule and Event Modifications will be sent out
February 2 2 PM Registration will close - Contest Schedule will be finalized
February 4 Prompt for On Demand (HS) and Technical Design will be released at 9 AM
February 5 Online Testing – must be completed between 3 pm and 6 pm
On Demand (HS) and Technical Design (MS) submission due by 3:30 PM
MEAL count for Feb 15th is due
Pre-submission for National Events/State Projects - due by 6 PM
February 13 & 14 TSA Regional Contest @ Vanguard High School, Mesquite, TX

STUDENTS NOT ON YOUR OFFICIAL TSA ROSTER WILL NOT SHOW UP IN THE REGISTRATION SYSTEM
Note - If you choose to pay with credit card there is no convenience fee. That is important for some districts. Texas TSA and National TSA will charge a convivence fee. Our region absorbs that cost.

SATUDAY MEAL @ Contest
Saturday - Lunch - $7 will include a Chick-Fil-A sandwich, a bag of chips, & one drink
Meal count will be due by Feb 5
Registered TSA Advisors eat free
Adults we recruit to help judge will be feed for that lunch has well

Judging slots will open ASAP
Our TSA Regional Contest is Feb 16 and 17- we are looking for judges. Judges must be adults. We even use college students.
Some things can be comfortably judged from your home during Feb 9th thru the 14th. There are also slots for people to attend in person Friday and Saturday
If you are TSA alumni in the area, we would really love your help. The event will be in Mesquite @ Vanguard High School
