The Learning Framework outlines high-impact practices and expectations that support daily instruction and professional learning across our campuses. These expectations are intentionally aligned with the T-TESS rubric, providing clarity and consistency around what excellent teaching looks like in MISD classrooms.

Every MISD department is committed to using this framework to align our support, ensuring that all efforts—whether instructional, operational, or strategic—are focused on helping campuses create the conditions for learners to thrive.

Together, we are building a unified vision for student success—where teaching is elevated, learning is purposeful, and every student is empowered to meet and exceed the MISD Profile of a Learner.

When fully implemented, we believe the Learning Framework develops the attributes that characterize Mesquite ISD's Profile of a Learner.
