A Message from Our Superintendent

Dear MESD Families,

Once again it is my privilege to welcome you to a new school year that holds the promise of another extraordinary year of opportunities and possibilities for all of our students.

With the emphasis on student health and safety, we plan to return to our normal, five-day schedule. We remain committed to all health and safety protocols established during the pandemic, and as in the 2020-2021 school year, we will be flexible and responsive to best meet all students’ learning. We are committed to the return to normalcy and that is cause for celebration. We will continue to keep you updated on any changes that may occur during the 2021-2022 school year.

With your help and support, we hope to make 2021-2022 our best year ever!!! We are going to stay open, we are going to remain healthy, and we are, as always, going to provide our kids with quality, rigorous, and student-centered educational experiences!!!
