It is a pleasure to be partnering with you in your child's education! Now, more than ever, it is truly a team effort to ensure your child's academic success. I want to give you a little background on our daily schedule so that you have an understanding of the learning expectations for the school year.

I want to give you a little background on our daily schedule so that you have an understanding of the learning expectations for the school year.
*TK/K is a full school day. Students should arrive by 8:15 and are released at 2:45, Monday through Thursday. Every Friday, they are released at 1:30.

*Our monthly calendar, notes & important information will be sent home in your student's homework folder. Please check it daily. Please be sure all homework & books stay inside the folder at all times (except when working on them). There will be a $5 fee for every lost book. Books will be traded out each week. There will be paper books as well, that are at your child's reading level. Please keep them inside the folders for continued practice.

It is to provide enrichment to your child and is given so you can help your child in a one on one setting. Please do not force your child to complete it. It should be a positive experience. If it is attempted and completed, a weekly reward will be issued to the student. Nightly reading is required and will also be rewarded weekly. There will be a reading log sent home.

*Every day, we will have a TK-1st grade leveled small group intervention session. Every student will be participating in this. We will be working with Mrs. Boyer, Mrs. Carstensen, Mrs. Rice, Mrs. Askea and the classroom aides, Mrs. Bowling, Miss Kelsey & Mrs. Fillmore.
