The cosmos is fascinating though your mind can come unraveled as you try to solved this ultimate mystery: How did the universe begin? Is the Big Bang Theory correct in asserting that everything began 13.8 billion years ago when something smaller than an electron exploded in a minute fraction of a second to create our current macrocosm, and if so, what existed before the Big Bang, and what caused it suddenly and randomly to detonate? Did it do so totally by itself, since nothing else existed but why did it do so? That's actually not that far from the religious point on view in the Biblical line "Let there be light" to describe the beginning, except that those who believe simply say God has always existed because He/She is God who started the whole Big Bang process. Which answer makes more sense to you?
