Terms of Submission

(1) All content must be free of overt commercialism. MESA is a group of vendors and end users, and is driven by the end‐user community. This community is not interested in advertisements or claims of superiority by any one company or technology.

In addition to the above, content cannot include an opinion or recommendation of another member company or potential member company (or their products/software offerings) in any way. This includes negative or positive comments about other companies' capabilities, strengths, weaknesses, etc. Content should strive for vendor neutrality.

All submitted content must be devoid of any references to political, ethnic, or religious preference.

(2) All information submitted should be true and you give MESA full rights to publish the information you fill out. (3) You will indemnify and hold MESA harmless from all losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any party associated with MESA as a result of any claims or suits that you (or anyone claiming by, under or through you) may bring against any party associated with MESA. You will recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from your participation in MESA, regardless of whether or not caused in whole or part by the negligence or other fault of any party associated with MESA.

(4) You will be subscribed to MESA's newsletters. You can opt-out anytime.
