Kindly note that the accepted age range for KGI (calculated as of October 1st, 2027) is:  

From: 3 years and 10 months

    To :  4 years and 10 months

Please DO NOT apply if your child’s age is not within this age bracket. The application will NOT be considered.

Admissions Procedures:

• Fill in the Online Application form. The application will be available starting Tuesday, November 3rd , 2026 at 9:00 a.m. until the required number of applicants is reached.

•  Click “submit” at the end of the application.  

•  You will receive an email from the school within five working days confirming receipt of the application. The email will have your form code. If you do not receive it within 5 working days, please check your spam folder. 

• Print out the Registration Form, fill it in, make sure to include the form code, and submit it at school along with the assessment fees on one of the dates listed in the table below. A recent photo (with the full name of the student written on the back) must be attached to the registration form.  The registration form will not be accepted without the student’s photo.

• You will receive an email within one week with the assessment date and time after paying the registration fees at school and submitting the registration form. If you do not receive it within 1 week, please check your spam folder.

• ** Date / time of assessment cannot be changed or postponed.

Procedures: 

• Fill in the Application form online (will be available starting Tuesday, November 3rd  until the required number of applicants is reached).

•  Click “submit” at the bottom of the application.

•  Print out the Registration Form. Fill it in and submit it at school along with the assessment fees and a recent photo of your child on one of the dates listed in the table below; Registration form will not be accepted without the Student’s recent photo.

(Applications filled in after 2:00 pm will not have the chance to pay the registration fees on the same day).

** Exam date will be sent within 5 working days from submitting the Registration Form at school.

Assessment Steps:

(1): Written Assessment

* Applicants for primary 4, 5 and 6 will sit for English and Math. exams.

· The duration of the English exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes;  the exam is a proficiency exam including Writing – Comprehension – Language Functions.

· The duration of the Math exam is 1 hour and 30 minutes; the exam will cover the National curriculum studied until the end of November.

 Please bring all needed stationery and geometric tools.

Calculators are not allowed.

(2) Interview:

 Please note that an interview with the applicant and his/her parents is a prerequisite for acceptance along with passing the assessment exams. 

*Parents of the applicants who pass the written exam will be notified of the interview appointment by a phone call.

*Applicants who are not accepted will receive an email.

*Please make sure the email you write in the application form is an active email.
