The Monmouth County Health Department has opened a phone bank for residents who have any questions and concerns about COVID-19 or need to talk to someone about how the situation is affecting them. It will be staffed by crisis counselors from the Division of Behavioral Health. Call 732-845-2070 between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
