Expected to maintain all academic grades & playing time can be altered significantly by poor performance.

Expected to lead others on & off the court in making good decisions.

Expected to behave as a gentleman & support the MEMS community.

Expected to cheer on their teammates in practice, on the court, & while supporting on the bench.

Expected to hold themselves individually accountable for preparation, academics, attitude, & overall behavior.

Expected to directly communicate with Coach about all needs, questions, & absences.
