Second Grade!!

Welcome to our second grade class, my name is Ms. Alison Bickel!  This will be my 9th year teaching, and my second year at Meridian Elementary.  I love being a Hawk! I graduated from University of Missouri - Columbia with a bachelors in Elementary Education and a masters in Educational Technology. I've taught in three states - Missouri, North Carolina, and Illinois.

I have the privilege of having two children who have grown up as Meridian Hawks! My children are Alayna and Aubrey, two teenage girls.  When not at school, I love cheering my girls on as they play sports and sing, watching movies, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

I can't wait for an amazing year in second grade!
