Hello! My name is Jessica Dalby and I am the District Social Worker. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Eastern Illinois University, a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Aurora University, and am a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Illinois. After living in both the Washington D.C. and Chicago suburbs with my family over the past 12 years, we have relocated back to Central Illinois in 2020. As a Meridian graduate, I am thrilled to be a part of the community once again! I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyone. Please stop by and introduce yourself, my door is always open!

Heritage Child & Adolescent Outpatient Services are provided to children and adolescents who are 3 years to 18 years of age. For those individuals experiencing behavioral and/or emotional symptoms, the goal is to provide age specific assessment and treatment to reduce the emotional and/or behavioral difficulties experienced by youth.
Services include: Individual Therapy; Family Therapy; Group Therapy; Crisis Intervention. Open Access Clinic is held Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 3:45 PM (Closed 12:00PM-1:00PM)
