Holsapple Math: Coordinate plane and graphing unit.

Hendricks Social Studies: Continue Ch. 5 on Government and Economy.

Moyer English: Continue conjunctions and compound sentences with no spelling.

Hendricks Social Studies: Continue Ch. 5 on Government and Economy.

Rhoades Literature: Start figurative language unit..

Herbert Literature: 6th hour will finish the BFG and 7th hour will do short story comprehension.

6th Grade Weekly Newsletter

We will be taking the IAR Assessment next week. We will take one test each morning and then follow a modified class schedule. Students need to bring their wired earbuds for the test every day. Students have the chance to earn a treat reward each day. Students can earn points for a reward for having their chromebook charged, having their earbuds, being quiet and not distracting, working for at least 40 minutes per test, and reading their library book when finished while others continue to work.
