Step 1 to Step 10 must be completed sequentially!
The Statement of Commitment to Complete Revisions, which has been signed by the student on a legal stamp duty, must be sent to magisterakuntansi@mercubuana.ac.id at the time the thesis defense is officially declared closed by the Board of Examiners, no later than 2 (two) hours after the defense ends.

Students are required to complete revisions in accordance with the directions of the Board of Examiners (Chair of the Defense, Examiner 1, and Examiner 2).
If the thesis defense revisions are not completed in accordance with the Statement of Commitment to Complete Revisions, the thesis defense will be declared Failed and the student must repeat the defense, including all administrative registration requirements for the thesis defense.;
After completing the revisions, students must meet/contact the Board of Examiners to obtain proof of approval (ACC) on the Revision Sheet.
Forms of ACC may be:
a. Handwritten signature; or
b. Online approval via WhatsApp/email, with a correct example CLICK HERE;
Students must upload the Data Verification Sheet from SIA that has been checked and signed on a Rp10,000 stamp duty.

🔴 Must be scanned in full, not pasted signatures,
🔴 Must be scanned using a scanner machine, not smartphone camera applications;
The approved (ACC) Revision Sheet and the Data Verification Letter must be uploaded via the following link CLICK HERE;
Students must apply for a Plagiarism Check Sheet (similarity) through the Library via the following link https://s.id/CekSimilarityTugasAKhir;

Students must submit proof of publication of a SINTA / International journal article to the Head of the Study Program;
After the journal is published, students must apply for the signature of the Head of the Study Program on the Thesis Approval Sheet;
After all signatures on the Thesis Approval Sheet are complete, students must submit the Thesis Documents to the Faculty Administration/Academic Office;

❗❗ Students are expected to complete all administrative obligations at the Faculty level before proceeding to University-level administration (Bureaus/Other Units in Steps 11 to 15).
Make a Book Donation Contribution for Academic and Library Development through the Finance Administration Bureau (BAK).

Students must submit Thesis Documents to the Library;
