In-Demand CAREER Learning Labs

Our Annual In-Demand Career Learning Labs provides space for business partners to showcase careers with the most opportunities in our region to juniors in our ESC districts. The hands-on activities, based on real-world job duties, include: starting IV's; analyzing farm-to-table food production, learning about robotics and manufacturing; seeing K9 officer demos; working out logistics and transportation exercises; exploring strategies to start a coffee business; practicing active listening in mental health settings; getting behind-the-scenes insights to education careers, estimating construction projects; and so much more! An Alumni Student Panel also shares advice about what juniors should know as they approach their senior year, giving recommendations about job shadows, scheduling and more!
