Before filling out the waitlist form, please take a moment to read the following information:
Hello and thank you for your interest in my pet grooming services! If you’re seeking consistent grooming for your pet on a regular schedule and your pet meets the qualifiers listed below, I invite you to fill out a short New Client Questionnaire to be added to the waitlist (located at the top of the page under ‘New Pack Member Application’).
At MeowWoof, I strive to maintain a positive and effective working relationship with my clients. To ensure that both parties have clear expectations, I have outlined the following list of requirements:
1. Grooming Schedule: As a Synergy-style & Fear-Free maintenance salon, I prefer working with clients whose pets are on an 8-week or less grooming schedule. Clients who rebook their pet’s next appointment within 8 weeks during checkout will always receive priority booking. Please note that waiting to schedule may result in a longer wait time for an appointment.
2. Pet Size: Your pet cannot be more than 40 pounds and must be under knee height. This requirement is important to ensure the safety and comfort of both the pet and the groomer.
3. Flea and Tick Prevention: To maintain a flea-free environment, it is mandatory for your pet to be on an effective flea and tick prevention regimen. Please keep your pet on a good flea preventative as I cannot guarantee prevention. If your pet is found to have fleas and/or ticks, a mandatory flea/tick therapy bath will be administered at the pet parent’s expense.
4. Sanitary Practices: All members coming to MeowWoof are kindly requested to allow their pets a moment in the grass to relieve themselves. A designated ‘poop-station’ with bags and a trash bin is provided for the sanitary removal and disposal of solid waste. This practice helps prevent the spread of canine infectious diseases and viruses.
5. Salon Entry: Prior to opening the salon door, please ring the doorbell and then enter in a calm and quiet manner. This ensures the safety of the pets in the salon and helps maintain a fear-free environment.
6. Appointment Confirmations: All clients are required to confirm or cancel their pet’s appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time. I trust you as much as I want you to trust me, so please provide the required 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Reminders will be sent 3 days prior to the appointment, and a simple reply of ‘C’ to confirm or ‘X’ to cancel is requested.
Please note that a missed appointment policy is in full-effect: **Cancellation Fee**:
a $25 cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations. This fee will be required when rebooking after a previous late-cancellation or no-show. Or it may be automatically applied to your next appointment if already one scheduled.
Please note that this fee is nonrefundable and will not be discounted from the next grooming session. Its purpose is to help cover lost expenses from your missed appointment.
**Nonrefundable Deposit**:
A $25 nonrefundable deposit for all new bookings. This deposit will secure your appointment and will be deducted from the original appointment total the day of grooming session.
However, if you fail to show up or cancel that appointment too late for me to replace, the $25 deposit will be applied as the no show/cancellation fee for the missed appointment, and a new deposit will be required to rebook, or added to next appointment if one is already scheduled.
** If you already have a scheduled appointment then the cancellation fee will apply immediately, and the appointment deposit will only apply to future bookings you make. **
