Robert L. Pursley, Jr., PhD, EFO

Robert Pursley is a retired Fire Chief and an expert in public policy. His research on microgrids for local governments confirmed municipalities need expert assistance in developing renewable energy, storage and EV charging infrastructure. The resiliency of a community in the face of power outages, storms and other disasters is critical, and mission-critical microgrids (patent pending) provide this resiliency. Rob is also an expert in emergency service systems, professional development and training programs.

Michael Benson, MPA, EFO

Michael Benson is a retired Fire Chief , focusing on consulting with municipalities to electrify their fleets, develop microgrids with EV charging infrastructure, and improve the resiliency of their community's infrastructure.

Retired Chief Benson is a member of the Board of Directors for Green Energy Ohio, a contributor to Police1 and FireRescue1, a member of the Critical Services Microgrid Group in Asheville, NC, a member of Drive Electric Northeast Ohio, and he continues to train and mentor chief fire officers.

Michael Allora MAS, EFO CFO MIFireE

Michael Allora served for 25 years in fire and EMS in Northern NJ, where he retired as a Deputy Fire Chief. He is currently an Administrator and Adjunct Professor in the Fire Sciences at a community college in South Florida.

Retired Chief Allora has extensive experience in program and curriculum development. Michael continuously strives for excellence in personal and professional development. He believes strongly in creating a positive work environment and is committed to helping others to achieve their goals.
