About Mr. Caldwell
Hello! My name is Mr. Caldwell and I am so excited and happy that I work with the amazing students in the Menifee Union School District. I grew up in Carlsbad and love living there in northern San Diego. I previously taught in El Cajon and Chula Vista
I graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Music Education.I have a Masters in Education as well. I had some amazing experiences at SDSU most notable I marched in the Super Bowl! As well as a couple of Charger games. Music has always been a big part of my life and I have been playing instruments since I was 7. Aside from being a music educator, I have two amazing daughters 9 and 11 who are keeping we busy as a dance dad.
My goal is to build positive relationships with each of my students. I believe music invites all students to express themselves and further discover who they are. Music helps students find their voice as they grow into lifelong learners. What I love most about being a music educator is seeing the positive impact music has on the lives of each of my students. Music brings so much joy to students by giving them a space to be creative, expressive, and share unique talents.
When I am not in the classroom...I'm enjoying family time and adventures like cruises and trips to Disneyland.
